Shipping policy

 

Turnaround

 All orders are shipped within 72 hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Order Tracking

If the shipping carrier provides a tracking #, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some 1st Class USPS mail orders will not have tracking numbers.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the item ordered. 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. We will ship you the rest of your order when the item becomes available. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
